ER Tapper (For CNC Lathe)

Features :
- Used with ER Rigid Tap Collet or ER Collet to hold taps. Holding range is 1mm.
- The body is made of SCM-21 steel. Tightening screw is precisely ground.
- Flexible design. Can avoid any tap breakage resulting from overdoing, spindle’s counterclockwise turning and turret moving.
- Good floating assembly, can be automatic to correct deviation of repeated position in work piece.

S=Spindle running speed
P = Pitch
V = M / min
For example:
1. Processing material: S45C, V=400-440.
2. Pitch = 1.5 P
3. S = V/P = 440/1.5≒293 (R.P.M.) - Structure of Each Part :
Note :
- If the processing material is harder, the M/min becomes slower relatively.
- Before using the Straight ER Tapper, please decide spindle running speed of Lathe Machine; otherwise, it will make the Shank and Tap break or split because of too fast or too slow speed.
